“I spoke with Katy today I had an odd situation going on where an agent who isn’t at this office had sold me a membership instead of insurance even after giving me a quote and insuring that I was insured by them that resulted in me getting a ticket notifying me that I wasn’t in fact insured so you can imagine how upset I was but Katy was great very kind and attentive to find a solution, she helped me get insurance and even stayed after hours to make sure I had insurance so I could drive my vehicle asap , Thank you Katy you’re awesome.
