This was my second year filing with this location, and I spoke to Valerie Manning again. Despite having only met her once, upon coming in she told me it was good to see me again and even complimented my haircut (which had not changed drastically haha). She is so sweet and dedicated to getting my refund. Look forward to seeing her next year! (And the fact that I’m using the words “look forward to” in reference to tax season should tell you how great she is.)

I went to HR Block since they advertise they’ll get you your max refund. It wasn’t until we finished everything that they told me it’d be $138 to file my $49 refund. Janice was sweet but she never once informed me I was going about it the wrong way. Complete waste of time and I will definitely NOT be coming back to this HR Block ever.

Janis filed my deceased Mother’s tax returns late causing penalties and fines. I had to work for several months to rectify the situation as Janis was out of the office but didn’t have any kind of bounce back message to alert me.I have now discovered she spelled my last name wrong on my taxes. Luckily, Laura has been helpful. This is not acceptable and should be a teaching moment for your staff.

My tax professional was AMAZING! She treated me like a true friend. We even spent time talking afterwards. She never treated me like a client or someone she was in a hurryto get rid of. I will 100% be using H&R block again just because of her kindness and professionalism!
