I have been banking with IBC for 4 years they have always taken care of all my banking needs and if there has ever been a problem they have promptly taken care of it they always great me when walking through the door are Polite and always ask how your day is going all the lady's there are great definitely recommend this bank 5 star's 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟

I opened an account today, and Christina assisted it me with it. She was so kind and patient and was able to answer all of my questions. The other two staff members that were working were also super friendly. Excellent customer service. I would recommend banking here!

Impossible to move money between accounts. Customer service cannot resolve anything. Hell to close an account. Terrible rates. Avoid this bank at all costs, better off keeping your money under the mattress.

Do not back here they are horrible to employees and customers. The tellers here are great but management is rude. Never work here they will fire you if you put in a 2 weeks notice. Just watched it happen to a employee.
