“They have been doing our insurance for over 10 years for my auto. Whenever I call them they always take the time to listen to my issues and work to find a solution. After a recent car accident, the insurance company wanted to put me in a super compact vehicle, two kids and car seats we did not fit. One call to the Murphy agency and I was put in a larger car and they always investigate with the cheapest options are for me. We actually moved an hour away about 5 years ago and continue to use the Murphy agency. I highly recommend them.”

“I have no complaints about using this insurance for my iPhone. Original screen was cracked so yes they required a written estimate (which they do send you a form), that new screen broke 4 days later. I took it to another repair facility and the same issue happened in 2 days. They paid me out for the 2 screen replacements back to back. Ultimately frame was cracked so adjuster said they would like damage out. Which they did, sent me money for a replacement within a week. My claim adjuster was Miya Noear and she was great, always kept me up to date and was so friendly when I had to call her and speak to her. The insurance policy was cheaper than the one my phone carrier offered.”
“I spoke with Katy today I had an odd situation going on where an agent who isn’t at this office had sold me a membership instead of insurance even after giving me a quote and insuring that I was insured by them that resulted in me getting a ticket notifying me that I wasn’t in fact insured so you can imagine how upset I was but Katy was great very kind and attentive to find a solution, she helped me get insurance and even stayed after hours to make sure I had insurance so I could drive my vehicle asap , Thank you Katy you’re awesome. She added uninsured motorist coverage for me and was patient when I was asking about pricing/ coverage/ etc. highly recommend!”
