“I had an amazing experience switching my service from Verizon to AT&T. The employees were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free while helping me find a plan that gave me a much lower monthly bill.
I also had my two-year-old with me, who is full of energy, and the staff were so kind and patient. They helped keep him entertained with drawing and letting him watch TV while they worked on my account. That meant a lot to me as a parent and made the visit so much easier.
Everyone there was welcoming, sweet, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’ve honestly never had such a great customer service experience anywhere else.
