“We went to AT& T to get my wife a phone we were using boost mobile ...I wanted to keep my # & phone boost gave us the wrong port # then said it would be 24 hours before the phone would work come to find out 5 people later that on boosts side of the phone they gave us the wrong port # then they didn't unlock my phone this ordeal from boosts side took 7 hours total time and 24 hour wait At&T fixed the problem and did all the hard work to get to the bottom of the problems and got them fixed even tho boost was giving us the run around and making the transfer harder than it should be thank the Lord for AT&T the got it fixed and we were glad and happy with our professional experience with them!!! Thanks guys grateful for all of your hard work....!!”
