Be aware of possibly meeting unprofessional, less aware of their work and ignorant staff. I bought Great Value milk gallon on 07/11/2020. I was not aware that milk was expired a month ago!!! 06/10/2020. Due to work busy schedule I could not return the milk but only on 07/19/2020. The return staff member short, blond, think her name was chesssy or Chrissy, refused to return the milk because I did not have the receipt. Even though Walmart is the only store that sales great value brands. I had to drive in the heat to search for the receipt and bring back to store. Walmart please check back your principles in hiring smart staff or naively say no item will be returned without a receipt.

Very very clean store. And everything looked fresh and in date. Will shop here again for groceries before I try anywhere else in Stillwater.

good selection of food to choose from, could use some more selection of meats. I like that it is smaller to shop in and easy to get in and out of store. what I didn't like today was the fact that the deli department did not wait on my mother who is standing there holding onto a wheelchair waiting to get meat cut up for about 10 minutes- while 3 employees were just standing there talking and looking around. i got her some prepackaged meat and noticed that another guy went over to deli and a guy ran over to help him. i was speechless, thank you deli employees for ignoring an elderly lady.

Time and time again the employees have no clue what customer service is. There is only so many times you can go through check out and get overcharged and lack of care. Tonight was my last straw after I got charged three times for three peaches because the cashier couldn't figure out how to delete the previous transaction. I was handed receipt and she literally ran away while the next cashier took over and I showed her the receipt and she said you'll have to take it to the service desk. Seriously, I'll take my business to Food pyramid and Aldi's from now on. This is what's wrong with customer service and big box stores. I know my business doesn't mean anything to them at this point but if enough people do the same things may change but until then bye-bye Walmart!

My sister and I stopped by at this walmart on our way home to get wine and the cashier wouldn't sell us the wine because I was a little tipsy and it was in their policy not to sell wine to people who look like they had been drinking. What policy? Can I see that policy or do I just have to believe what you say? And how do we know you don't want to just sell to us because you're racist?

Nice, clean store. Good selection of foods. Major complaint is lack of cashiers. Only one cashier register open. All the rest are self checkouts. I'm paying to shop here. I don't work here so why am I having to scan and bag my own items? Corporate Walmart needs to bring back people in these stores.
