They're always so nice to my Sadie here. I think she enjoys her spa day too. It's easy to make an appointment when I call and they're friendly on the phone. They work with the time frame I have. It's quite convenient.

Not the worst, but not even close to the best. My dogs slowly started to become more terrified every time they came back after a cut. I have 2 doodles and they’re very human like….. so I know when something is off! Was told that the $80 groom was “all inclusive” and came with nail trims, anal gland expression, and taking all hair out of the ears.
Took my dog to a new groomer today and found out she had 3-4inches of LONG THICK down in her ear canal so far back! Nails never ever get trimmed. Grooming salon closed at 630pm…. I called at 625pm asking if my dog was done and was told that she’d been done since 2:30pm and they forgot to call me!???? Ummmm. I witnessed myself another dogs arm getting pulled very aggressively by another groomer while I was dropping my dog off…… said something to the manager… and she proceeded to say “I’ve groomed dogs for over 10 years it’s fine”….. I promise if anyone else saw that they would’ve agreed with me. After this incident, all groomers give me snarky looks and loads of attitude so I gladly took my money somewhere else where my dogs LOVE to go and are appreciated. :)

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My sister dropped off our dog at 1:50 pm. We did not hear anything from them at all. I called at 5:30pm and asked when she would be done. They said 45-50 more minutes. An hour and a half goes by and still nothing, we decided to go to petco and get our dog no matter what state she was in because having someone’s dog with no contact with the owner? Crazy. We get to petco at 7 (with still no call) the groomers is CLOSED. We had to get another employee to give us our dog. We were then informed that when 6 o’clock hits the groomers go home, no matter if they have sent all the dogs home or called the owners or not. If you love your pets as much as we do, I would advise to stay the hell away from that place.

Jaden H always takes such great care of my dog, Charlie, when I bring him in for a grooming appointment. She is super sweet and kind and you can tell she likes my dog and makes sure he feels comfortable and safe when he’s with her. My dog has a good amount of anxiety and codependency too so this really speaks volumes to me.
His haircuts always look amazing and and no matter how homeless he looks when he goes in for his haircut, he always leaves looking very posh, clean, and high maintenance 😂 When we have changes we would like to make to his haircut (like cutting the ears shorter) she always listens really well.
I used to groom my dog myself but since moving into an apartment I’ve only taken him to Jaden H and he will only let Jaden cut his hair now or trim his nails 😅 We are moving to a different city 4 hours away soon and anytime we come back down for a visit we are always going to fit in any appointment with her. I don’t want to take my little guy anywhere else but to her.

We brought our large breed puppy. He has been limping ever since we got back from the groomer because his nails were cut too short. Some other nails, they attempted to cut and there are cracks splitting up and causing pain for our pup. He will be going to the vet to get checked. The cut wasn't exactly what we wanted. They basically told us he is difficult to work with in a very kind way. I wish that there was some sort of consult before the cut. If they can't do it, I would have respected the honesty. Right now, I am most concerned about any kind of infection happening to my pup's feet. It's hard to watch our 7 months old pup in pain walking and crying, not able to jump and run.
I really debated on posting this review. What's the point since it already happened and my pup is still hurt. I felt like someone should know. And this is the least I can do for my pup who can't speak up for himself.
Update: We went to the vet and it's my pup's hip. They were so rough with him on the stand and pulling his leg up in an odd angle that he hurt his hip. We had to get an X-ray to make sure his hip is not out. We should have stopped him when we saw that his leg seemed in a little odd angle and at that time it looked like he was gonna fall off. It ended up being a soft tissue injury. We just thought they knew what they were doing. This is our first time getting a dog groomed at a place ever for us anywhere. If you ever feel like something is not right for your pet, please speak up.

I booked my dog an appointment two weeks in advance and they literally give me a call 2 hours before his appointment to tell me that they can't do it and they're booked full even though I booked his appointment two weeks in advance so for you to cancel an appointment you have to call 48 hours in advance but they can drop you with the last minute and not fix the problem they would not give me a different person to groom my dog anything

My dog Ruby always looks great when she returns from her grooming appointment at Petco! The staff is friendly and makes her feel at ease.
