No one ever answers the phone when you call. The door is always locked when you visit. Online says open so im not sure why it is so hard to get ahold of someone.

I was calling to speak about billing assistance for a high gas bill. After leaving a message with a sweet lady the call back I received from another woman was awfully rude. I was yelled at when trying to ask a simple question & talked down to as if it was a burden for her to do her own job. This isn’t a review for the company as a whole, but for the person over the billing assistance. I didn’t get to catch her name, because I was so startled about the way I was being talked to. I will be searching elsewhere for assistance, as this was not helpful in anyway. Hope everyone else has a better experience here!
