Honestly shocked with the service I received tonight. I come to this gas station all the time, usually have no problem with the kind women usually working the counter during the day, we love her. When I came in tonight, I had a completely different experience, I went to use the restroom real fast before I got my drinks and snacks. My boyfriend was browsing some of the snacks while I used the restroom so we could checkout together, when I came out, I caught the tall black gentleman with glasses at the counter trying to press my boyfriend and being very aggressive “you gonna buy anything or what bro”, I told him kindly we were, but definitely not anymore after the way he just spoke to us. I was just using the restroom real fast, as a paying customer that’s what the public restroom is for? Please fix this and get rid of the employee, he is aweful with customer service and was just in a rush to get back to his phone. This was around 9:40 p.m. on 05/27/2024. This dude genuinely scared me from wanting to come back to this store again. He was very aggressive and scary to two random customers. Just drive a mile down to feel safer.

The customer service at this location is just terrible. They are just rude, what does it hurt to talk to people with a little respect. Instead they just start with the attitude. I'll go a little further down the road to not get attitude. Do better!

This store is very inexperienced. The customer service is terrible and poor and when asking for help they are completely unable to help customers. This store is a terrible store for Stillwater area and customer service is very poor and pathetic. I wouldn't spend a penny at at this disgusting store

The people who work here are the absolute worst humans I've ever had the displeasure of being around and it's all of them not just one employee they're all rude and condescending for no reason. The manager went outside while there was a line to yell at a homeless lady and her dogs because she was drinking her water she purchased from there and because she was homeless he screamed at her and yelled for her to leave. Despicable behavior. Will not be returning period. I'll run out of gas first.

I buy from this store every single day sometimes multiple times a day. I know all the employees we are on good terms. Today I went to buy a couple clilli dogs and a 2 liter of diet pepsi. When I got home and opened the diet pepsi I realized it was flat. So I immediately walked back to the store which is a block from my house. When I tried to explain to the store manager that it was flat he decided it would be the proper move to argue with me. he tried to say pepsi has less carbonation blah blah. Im a chef with a trained palette i drink diet pepsi every day how would i not know if it doesnt taste right? I tried to reason why would i walk all the way back to exchange it if it wasnt flat? At this point he TOLD me to go get another bottle at which time I said ill open it in front of you and show him the difference between the 2 bottles. He then raised his voice and told me I dont need to show him anything hes been in this buisness 30 years. I then asked him why he would talk to me like that..he said he was justified because I said I would show him and open it in front of him. That was his whole justification for verbally assaulting a customer. At which point i raised my voice and let him know i dont get talked to like that..especially over a bottle of pepsi. He then told me to get out and never come back. Sheperds your store manager is trash. I will be going to corporate and if nothing is done we know that means his boss is the same as him. Also I will tell everysingle person I know and dont know to avoid Shepherds like the plague. Company and manager have incoming lawsuit for public humiliation and slander for suggesting that I would be so petty as to lie about a 2 liter of pepsi.

Just called to get a price on ethanol free gas and was told they don’t give pricing over the phone.That just caused you to lose a regular customer! That’s not customer friendly!Some of us just want to get an idea about how much it’s going to cost to fill up the gas can! Sheesh!

This place is absolut trash they always have bullshiy out in the way everyyhing is overpriced and the old white guy in there is rude as f*** ran me off trying to get gas cuz i was frustrated that he wouldnt give me gas and made me ho elsewhere when i was out of gas 10/10 wouldnt recommend
