University Mailing Services is a place that is usually good with mail and has quick, considerate and knowledgeable staff for passport needs. They have the forms and can take care of your passport photo, birth certificate, a copy of marriage/divorce paperwork and USPS, FedEx and UPS services. They pick up packages from FedEx at 8 a.m and deliver to residence halls around 4-5 p.m. If you want to pick up a package early you have to call ahead, have your tracking number on standby and drive up there. The whole didn’t take 15 minutes.
