The staff there are extremely friendly and very helpful. I had received a product that was either sold damaged or was damaged in shipping. The claims and return shipping process could not have been easier. This isn't the standard UPS store. Go into town or on Perkins for that. This is like a distribution center were trucks come I andloaded for Payne County area. Then the local area stuff gets shipped to Tulsa,Kc, or OKC. They can handle little issues and you actually can request to pickup a package there

Worst company ever. They cannot add the right address into the system so my packages always get misdelivered. Drivers are cool, but the company software sucks
