For some reason my mail carrier refuses to bring my packages to my door. He leaves an attempted delivery slip in my mail box and never actually attempts the delivery. I’ve complained to the Post Master in Stillwater but I guess nothing was done because two weeks later, same thing. He never came to my door and attempted delivery. I have a Blink doorbell so I know if he tries. He doesn’t even bother coming to the door at all. I scheduled a redeliver attempt and if he doesn’t bring it this time, I’ll have no choice but to report him to USPS. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving.

I walked in today near close and a younger man with brown hair and glasses helped me out with my package check-in. Very professional and customer service friendly. I have ordered my passport here as well. Everytime the ladies and gentlemen take care of me and assist every step of the way! Very appreciated!

Ya'll need to figure out what's going on in your infrastructure. I get mail that's NOT MINE and LABEL it as such and it comes back. I change my addres, follow pr and it gets sent back to the shipper. Ya'll just suck. if I could leave a negative stars? I would. y'all suck.

I saw the postman on 01/14/2023 eating breakfast at 945 am. Didn’t know our tax dollars are being spent on Carriers eating Jimmy’s Eggs while on delivery. The guy even used his USPS Truck & was in full uniform. America, have integrity.

A package my mother got from was smashed all sides, even though I told the guy it was perfume bottles and fragile in glass inside of boxes. I don't think he marked fragile on the box. Luckily I triple bubble wrapped the perfume boxes and they didn't get broken. Other than that and the packages arriving late at my apartment sometimes because of the regular holiday shipping amount of packages poeple mail the staff has been courteous and helpful.

Especially around holidays, you’d think they would be extra careful about delivering packages to the right address. I had presents delivered to a totally different building than my apt one. I was lucky the resident was truthful and turned the package into our apartment office but if he didnt, I could have lost so much money. It’s happening so often.

Terrible customer service. You feel like you're an inconvenience there, and they dang sure won't answer that phone and offer some customer service.

Big shout out to Chip! Due to an error on our end, a package could not be delivered today. Chip helped us get a birthday present to our son!!! Excellent customer service.

This has been the third time that my package has said delivered and I got to check my box and nothing. I have asked the clerks if they know where it could be and they are telling me that it won’t be in my box until tomorrow? I understand if the package is delivered past 12 that day but if you’re open until 5 and my package is delivered before you even open why can’t it be sorted and put in my box the day it is delivered. Lazy.
