The only time it was good to be a Karen. First I went to Verizon to buy the iPhone 15 pro max and trade-in my 11 for market value 200. The first worker that went up to me was nice and understood what I wanted but his shift ended so he brought me to someone else. This older guy was trying to make me pay monthly payments when I've been saying I want to pay full and trade in my phone to make it cheaper. This he asked me " are you understanding me" I said "I'm not understanding him because I just want to 200 dollar off for the trade in not do the monthly 500 of the bill every month. Then, the older lady came to me saying the same thing you get the 500 in the sense of a cheaper phone bill with paying full value of the new iPhone. I could see the wo(man) shaking. For some reason the older employee was rude and terrible at their job and the two younger men were nice and understood what I was trying to do. Now I'm going to the Apple Store to buy my phone because that is where the nice people are. Lastly, basically they didn't want to do the trade-in because they were about to close they said at 7:06 but they close at 8pm.

Just wish I could talk to a actual in store person. Been customer service and retail for a long time . People don't realize how important person to person contact can mean to another. But in general pretty good but no .but not 4 star.

Absolutely the worst customer service at this store! They are not helpful, rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They also tried to charge me to figure why I couldn’t activate a new phone. I called Verizon and was told they absolutely should not have tried to charge me. Go to any other Verizon store and save yourself the headache!

Can't help replace lost phone covered by Verizon/Asurion (their insurance)July 16 I arrived to a closed store even though Google showed them open.July 17 made an appointment for a lost phone (gone...so no internet) and spent over a hour and a half here to be told 'file a claim on home internet in 24 hrs and you'll have a phone the next day'. NOPE.July 18 had another hour and a half visit to be told 'we will call your wife's phone for an update by close of business today'.Still no phone or call.

The staff is always nice and willing to help you. I came in to get a screen protector on he put it on with no hesitation and did an excellent job with no bubbles! ?we discussed the newest tech and recommendations and answered some questions. I do everything online so hardly go inside but when I picked up my device the lady was kind and came straight to me and got my bag in under 2mins wait

Reps are helpful. I always suggest to go and discuss the problem you are facing as a verizon customer. Lot of times, in store reps are better than online one.

Please, go to any other Verizon. The staff working here are slow, incompetent, and rude. If you have to deal or do anything at the store, ask for manager.

We had a very difficult time switching from our old carrier to Verizon but they made sure everything was sorted out even though they had to stay late and make a lot of phone calls on our behalf. We saved nearly a hundred dollars on our cell service with the switch and got more perks than with our old plan. The two staff members we dealt with were very helpful, knowledgeable, and just fun to talk to, laughing off the less than ideal situation. We appreciated it.

Cameron was a very helpful young man. He helped me to find 4 Iphones for my youngins, and even a few ipads for around the house. He made sure I got the best data plan available for us. Thanks Cam!!!!! He most certainly deserves a raise.
