Their pricing is reasonable, they’re incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and having the option for Saturday appointments is a huge convenience. After nearly a decade of bringing my dogs here, I can confidently say I’ve always felt that they were in good hands.
I also want to specifically recognize Shannon, because she is an absolute standout. She has some of the best customer service skills I’ve encountered anywhere. She is genuinely kind, bubbly, welcoming, and sincere, and you can tell that it isn’t forced—it’s simply who she is. Whether you’re a new customer walking through the door for the first time or someone who has been coming there for years, Shannon has a way of making you feel immediately welcomed and appreciated.
Employees like Shannon are often the first impression people have of a business, and she represents All Pets exceptionally well. I sincerely hope she gets recognized for that, because she deserves it.

“We found a stray cat with a messed up eye. We took him here and they had to remove his eye (so sad), but they were very kind, effecient and reasonably priced. The new kitty is named Noir and living his best life spoiled rotten and happy. I sometimes call him one eye willy. Would highly recommend.”

“I took my dog in because she was throwing up and not feeling well. They ran labs and gave her an x-ray which showed obstructions in her stomach and bladder stones. Dr. Slater and her team worked on my dog after hours until 9pm to save my dog’s life. They found 6 hair ties and some material that was lodged in her tummy. I’m EXTREMELY thankful she’ll be okay and owe it all to All Pets! -forever grateful ~Angela, Daisy’s mama”

“We’ve used Dr. Storm for our cat that has IBD for about a year and a half. She is so amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! She helped us get a diagnosis for our cat with chronic vomiting and has always tried conservative, less expensive options over elective, more expensive. She helped us find what works best for our kitty. She is very responsive and I love that I can just text her with questions or concerns. I’m so sad to be leaving Dr. Storm (moving) and hope I can find another vet that compares!”
