They will not pro rate you when you move out even if it’s the 5th. Cockroaches! With in one week of having stuff in our storage unit our stuff was crawling with cockroaches we are talking Joes apartment amount of cockroaches. I told the staff and they said they would spray but by the way they talked it wasn’t the first time they have had this issue. All they said was sorry. And they would let the owners know. But they did nothing for me when I had to pay for the entire month and had to throw things away.

I highly recommend this facility!! Michelle is awesome, the owners are awesome, the units are clean, prices are excellent, and they have 25 hour access!! I love this place! Thanks guy for protecting my things, and my sanity lol!!

The people on duty never called back. Their online payment system was always down. And when you call in, they "get busy" and ask to call back then never call back. So when you call in to pay the next day, they never answer, and you're stuck with a late fee. The one time someone answered, she was about to get my information, and all of a sudden, a lot of people came in, and she said she needed to call me back. She then said, "Since we've had so many complaints on our payment system and you've been calling last couple of days, I'll remove the late fee." She never called me back. I called three more days in a row, finally on 3rd day got Debbie or whatever, made the payment, and two days later got my stuff out. Living of town or being OTR makes it hard to rent here. They are NOT customer oriented. Won't come back, I'll stick with what I know next time and not a bad recommendation.

Customer service is terrible. They are obviously overwhelmed and do not handle phone calls well. Only good experience I had was in person. I don't recommend using the phone to contact or online as it apparently causes issues. I'll be moving my stuff after this month passes.

rented a u haul truck and car trailer, u haul wanted me to drive more than an hour for pick up, drove by VIP to get box's and happened to ask Debbie if she had truck/trailer.... she did me a solid and gave me a break on the box's too, great lady, highly recommend VIP

The lady at the front desk is very nice very polite even seen that I had showed up to go to my storage unit or to pay for my storage little bit late after she took off and she came back and opened up the office and fixed it to where I can pay for my storage another month without any late fees went out of her way above and beyond

I have had several storage units here over the years and I highly recommend VIP Storage for all your storage needs. They are reasonably priced, the units are clean and well maintained, and you have the option of climate controlled units or units without.
