The most unprofessional pharmacy. Prepare yourself to be talked over, observe irrelevant side conversations while nobody makes eye contact with you, and techs that have an inability to hide the glee in their eyes/voice when they tell you they can't help you.

Partner had his wisdom teeth removed at 12pm. Dentist said they already sent the prescription through and we would be able to pick up as soon as we left. Showed up to this Walgreens location at 12:30, they said they just received it. No problem. Came back at 2, they said they’re still processing the last prescription out of 4. They said they would send a text when it was complete shortly… no text. Waited until 5pm after partner has already been in pain for several hours and showed up, lady at the desk had the audacity to lie and “we just now got a fourth prescription in” when I was informed at 2pm they were processing the 4th. Don’t appreciate the lack of urgency or being lied to, took 5.5 hours for medication that should have been ready as soon as we arrived the first time.

These people work hard to help customers. Both lanes of the pharmacy drive through are fixed and they are so nice and helpful. You are appreciated!

As a prescriber and patient, I can also attest that the service here is below standard. I've dealt with staff and pharmacists that are rude and unhelpful.

I've never been to any store that won't stand with gift cards I bought a fortnite gift card for my kid last night at Walgreens it doesn't work yet you can't help... so don't sale them! I will never purchase from Walgreens again

Go to Guthrie, instead, if you can. Or, switch to CVS. This location is always closing randomly and there’s always issues when picking up my monthly refill. For example, my prescription was filled later last night, as I was sent a notification. So, I went to pick it up this morning and the whole pharmacy is closed. I get it, but, they need to notify people because I can’t just not take my medicine for one day. Horrible communication and unreliable.

Walgreens isnt calling my insurance to clear a medication on multiple occasions.and saying they have am constantly having to buy. A 3 day supply out if pocket every 3 month.i believe they either dont know what they are doing or they are personally judging me and my medication!!!!!!!!

Went in for a hair growth serum and got a 10 minute talking too about why she felt I shouldn't be using it and how she felt I should be using bioten instead when( I only asked for directions to the product). Didn't buy the product there will be buying it at ulta instead. It's a $50 product
