Very poor customer Sam we negotiate the vehicle even send the approval letter from the bank to work on the deal and dealer sold the vehicle to someone else total waste of time, iI spoke to sales manager and he laughed at me like was a joke James Crist. Complaints are coming to GM and BBB

I want nothing more than to give a good review, but I can't. From the moment I bought my car every ball has been dropped. I was talked into signing on for an extra VIP experience..promises of a car when mine is in for service along with many other things...wrong. I am currently without my car for over a week, because it was shutting down on me...it's a brand new Sport Platinum Escalade. They knew they would have my car for a long time and didn't tell me...giving me an electric car with ZERO way to charge it...unless you sit at a station for over an hour to just gain 20 miles. To say it is a frustrating experience is beyond me. I wish I would have bought local in OKC and not out of Stillwater.

Was researching Cadillac Vistiqs on Reddit and came upon some posts from Brayden. I reached out to him to ask a few questions. He was extremely knowledgeable on the current offers. I live in Tulsa but decided to see what kind of deal he could make me thinking if the price was right I could drive to Stillwater and pick up my car and some cheese fries from Joe’s. Brayden listened to exactly what I was after and made it happen. He was so straight forward and honest about the deal. He worked hard to earn my business. He worked the entire deal virtually and hand delivered my car to me in Tulsa on his day OFF. He sat in my driveway with me and thoroughly explained every feature on my new Vistiq. I am blown away by Brayden and the entire experience with Wilson Cadillac. Brayden will run that dealership someday with the way he hustles. He sets a fine example of the excellent customer service that you would expect with the purchase of a Cadillac.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam Henington! He beat every single price I had on a new Escalade and even shipped the car to me for free. What started as a stressful situation turned into the easiest, smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. This dealership has had my car for two weeks straight for ac work, with parts available. They refuse to answer my calls or give me any updates. They could have at least provided a rental car if they are gonna be this unreliable. Definitely the worst Cadillac dealership in Oklahoma I’ve witnessed. Would not recommend giving your business to these scammers.

I brought my 2012 CTS to this dealership for service twice. The first time I needed a high pressure fuel pump replaced, and the service advisor added two fuel lines that I did not approve to be put on, adding 400 dollars to the bill. The second time I brought it in for warranty work (timing cover leak), and I also had concerns about my motor and transmission mounts. The warranty work got delayed and they had the car for 2 months because of some problem the last service advisor caused. The whole 2 months they had it I had to call about 15 times, most of which ended with them saying they would call me back, which never would happen. When I did get them on the phone, they told me they inspected all my mounts and they were fine. Well, I changed my motor mounts and trans mounts and they were absolutely not fine. One motor mount was completely blown out. Trans mount was worn out. I will NEVER be bringing my car here again and I can't recommend anyone else does either.

I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Wilson Cadillac, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any dealership—nationwide.
The entire process was done remotely, as I live in California and the vehicle was located in Oklahoma. From start to finish, my sales rep Ralph and business manager Tara were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly responsive via email and text, patiently answering every question I had (and I had a lot!) about the vehicle, the purchasing process, and the logistics of transporting the car across states.
What truly set this experience apart was the level of trust and professionalism shown by the team. I bought the car sight unseen, which is not a small decision—but Ralph and Tara made me feel 100% confident every step of the way. Their transparency, attention to detail, and customer-first approach gave me complete peace of mind.

Drove here from Dallas TX to pick up a used 2020 Chevy Bolt EV, which was eligible for the used EV credit. The dealership was very familiar with the credit (lots of them aren't, even many GM dealerships!). Samantha was quick, complete and very transparent in answering all of my questions beforehand and went the extra mile to make sure I wouldn't be driving up for nothing. I can highly recommend her and would definitely deal with her again!
The car was exactly like advertised when I got there: no nasty surprises like unadvertised dents or damage, they even made sure I'd have a fully charged battery for the 260mi drive back to Texas. All the numbers we agreed upon were exactly like they were when I got there and the car was ready to go with temp plates already installed.
After a little test drive and making sure it was all good, I did the paperwork with Tara in like 10 mins. The process was so smooth I was back home in a decent time. Samantha even gave me a few tips on the best chargers along I-35, which ended up being very helpful.
Very pleasant experience and would definitely do the four hour drive back up here again!

Really bothers me to read the reviews of the pricing change once it shows up .
We have a Cadillac ESVV series on order so we will let you know if they try to jack up the price after we’ve already negotiated it and put down a deposit.
Update
Well everything went well. Price was as promised. My only negative would be that my car came off for the production line and sat there in Texas for nearly month. l before the dealer finally went and picked it up themselves. Then the dealer held it for up to three days, waiting to find a company to deliver it to us. Other than that, everything went really well. I’d recommend this dealership.

We had the absolute best car buying experience at Wilson Cadillac! Tristan, Chris, and the entire team were genuinely friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. As out-of-town buyers with only 24 hours to spare, they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They kept every promise they made and even had our car shipped to us exactly when they said they would. In the past, we've dealt with dealerships that over-promise and under-deliver, but Wilson Cadillac was a refreshing change. This review is completely sincere — they did not ask for it. If you want the good old bait and switch make sure to shop here! Custom ordered a 2025 Escalade. Was kept int he loop weekly with updates and arrival. Was sent pictures when it arrived and a few days later was told the owner has decided not to sell these at MSRP and wanted more money in order for me to buy it. It was added to my Cadillac account had everything prepped and ready, I transferred money from my savings so I can wire transfer and BOOM! Sorry we cant sell it to you unless you want to pay over for it! It was my wifes Christmas gift and waited months to get it! Thank you Wilson Cadillac for you outstanding customer service to make a few extra thousand! GREED!
