So I was needing a roll of quarters to wash my car so I decided to pull in the drive through to get 10 bucks in quarters. The kid working the drive thru was very nice up until I told him I just needed a roll of quarters. He asked me my account number and told him I'm sry I don't have a account here just needed quarters. Well then he's attitude changed and said well we can't give you change unless you have a account. I'm like what kinda BS is this. I said all I need is change. So he was like I'll have to ask my supervisor to see if I can do this transaction. So after 5 mins the supervisor came to the window and was like ok we can do this transaction this time but next time you'll need a account for this. I mean my goodness all I needed was a roll of quarters

My wife and I have applied for a line of credit two times with AB, one of them being secured with collateral. One loan was a mortgage loan as we have looked at buying some property. After not hearing anything from AB for 2 weeks we called only to find out they needed additional information and it was time sensitive and we only had a day left to get it in. I told them that we had not been contacted, it didn't matter. We ended up going elsewhere. Again in October 2021 we applied for a small loan to consolidate some bills. We have collateral for the loan. One week later we had heard nothing from AB. I called to inquire about the loan, the Stilwell branch did not answer the phone so I called the toll free #. They transferred me around and finally got me in touch with Stilwell. Then I was told by Loray at Stilwell she would find out who I needed to speak with. After being on hold for literally 8 minutes I was disconnected and had to call back. Again after being on hold for an additional 3 minutes or so I was told that they cannot find our application and that they will have to call back after they track it down. I have never seen a bank so careless with business. Maybe they don't need my business and that's ok if they don't but this is not a fluke, this has happened 100% of the time we have attempted to become customers of theirs. DONE with AB....

I came back to this bank because they always do things as they say they will. Definitely nice people and very helpful. They are willing to go that extra mile for their patrons.

Me and my wife have done all our banking here for years. And yesterday they showed us why again. My wife had had surgery and we were on our way home and had some banking to do. Tyler from the Stilwell branch came to our truck to take care of us i think thats way above and beyond. Thank you Armstrong and special thanks to you Tyler.
