If I can, I won’t give a star. The owner of this store has a very bad attitude.He kept talking swearing words and told me that my car could be repaired within two weeks, but after more than a month, he just took my car apart. During this period, he did not answer the phone or reply text messages. , I didn’t fix my car until the end, and didn’t refund my money，I wasted my time and money, the attitude is very very very bad, don’t go to this shop, or you will regret it

I don't usually write reviews but Busted Knuckles was a lifesaver. We were desperate for someone to fix our car after the skid plate was knocked loose and bent from trying to cross a low-water crossing bridge. The plate itself was scraping along the ground and we were almost 2 hours from home. Not only was Busted Knuckles the only place we could find that was open on a Saturday, but he immediately took us back into the garage and removed the damaged plate in less than 15 minutes. He was informative, quick, and it was an honest fair price. I would definitely recommend this shop for those who needs automotive repair.

Will at Busted Knuckles Garage is a LIFE SAVER! Long story short, our truck broke down leaving us stranded over 5 hours from home on a Sunday. No one was open and we had no where to go. Will not only answered the phone when we called, he agreed to meet us at the shop and take a look at our truck. I had to catch a flight out of Austin, TX Thursday morning and I was panicked! Will and his amazing group got my truck up and running by Tuesday evening. They worked late to get the job done and they did a FANTASTIC job! We were in a horrible situation and Busted Knuckles Garage stepped up big time! I wish we lived closer because I would use these guys ANY time I needed work done. This is absolutely the place to go!!!!

I would never recommend this establishment. I personally bought three brand new parts for my car. The mechanic destroyed 2 of the 3. I went to a dealership that confirmed this. The owner would not answer calls. He refused me a receipt. He flat out lied about the work and said that the dealership did not know what they were talking about. He also said that the torque sensor was in a different part than where it is. Preceeded to place blame on O'Reilly's for that one part. I literally have over one-thousand dollars thrown away because of this. I now have to pay another large some to fix what he refused to repair that he broke. Also my steering wheel was installed upside down. No bolt in the shaft. The car was labeled not safe to drive by the dealership. They told me that with the bolt missing I could have hit a bump in the road and the shaft would have came clean out and I would have had no control over the vehicle causing a wreck.

Can’t say enough about Will and the crew at Busted Knuckles Automotive! I’d recommend them to anyone. Being a single mom two kids and depend on my one car. He doesn’t steer you wrong and won’t d more than what’s truly needed. He was able to get my car fixed so it’s safe to drive and was able to do it in two weekends so I was able get it all taken care of .. thank you so much!!!

A real mixed experience. I appreciate that the owner answered the phone during off hours. He was willing to work on a holiday. He and the technician are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I Like the convenience of communication by text. Very good work, very reasonably priced. However, personal communication, timeliness, and customer service are all lacking. Multiple times, the car was not finished in the timeframe promised. The owner was overly defensive, even dismissive, when presented with complaints/concerns. They ordered additional parts before notifying me and made a last minute, surprise request for cash payment. This is a good option if you want good work, a good price, with an wide-open timeframe and limited communication. I personally would prefer to spend extra elsewhere, to receive better customer service and trustworthy timeframe.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a mechanic shop! My transmission started giving me issues on my way home from Sulphur on a Sunday afternoon and everyone else in town told me I would have to stay the night and they would get to it on Monday, but Will was more than happy to help me out on the same day and spent a few hours working on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained everything he was doing to ensure I knew what was going on. I also didn't have to sell a kidney in order to pay the bill either. I'm very grateful to Busted Knuckles Garage for their timely and exceptional work and would recommend them to anyone!
