Staff is discriminative, unprofessional, and they lack customer service skills. Manager is THE WORST ONE, walked in the back to pretend to be busy so she didn't have to override my check...which they have to do every single time I go because they won't accept the same signature they've received for 20 years. & They don't teach their employees policies😂😂

Lost my money and it's hell getting it back. I've contacted everyone except my attorney and can't get my money back yet. They people running this branch don't know what they are doing.

I called this location and was put on hold. I do have an account and that is the reasoning for calling. I was PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 minutes. They picked up the phone and as soon as I said hello they hung up. This happened twice.

My 80 year old Father went to this bank to purchase a few rolls of quarters and they asked to see his ID, when he replied why do you need to see an ID they in turn asked if he had an account with them to which he replied no. They then told him that they wouldn’t help him. He’s been traveling back and forth from Ada to be with my Mother who’s in the hospital and has been using the turnpike and that’s why he needed the quarters. The policy needs to be changed. It’s certainly not a good practice.

Walked across the street to this bank.. With 2 20 dollar bills and a 10 dollar bill.. Wanting to change for 1 dollar bills... I was straight to if you don't have a account her we do not help anyone else but our costumers... So what exactly kind of bank is this.. A personal bank. A prejudice bank.. Or just a ruid we dont want to help you get the hell out of my bank so we can get back to facebook drama ...worst bank ruide people dont bank here
