WHAT A JOKE OF A VISIT
came into the sulphur us-cellular to ask about home internet, and i honestly wish i hadn’t bothered. the employee, shawnie, could barely keep her eyes open and could hardly string a sentence together. meanwhile her boyfriend (i guess?) wouldn’t stop hanging around and talking like it was his living room. the whole thing felt unprofessional and awkward. if this is what passes for customer service here, it’s no wonder people go elsewhere.

I came in on Saturday, September 20th and Shawnie helped me get my home internet service started in store. She was amazing, sweet, and very caring during my visit. I would highly recommend this store as Shawnie made this experience simple and easy.

I came in the other day for a tech issue and Shay sold me a home internet she was amazing. Shawnie was amazing as well. Both girls are very friendly go see them if you have problems!!

Thank you so much Shawnie!!! I switched back to US Cellular today (sorry I ever left). Getting AT&T to unlock my phone was a nightmare. Shawnie went above and beyond and stayed an hour after closing time, talking with AT&T and finally getting them to unlock my phone so that I could use it. You're a rock star!

The Sulphur US Cellular Store Manager has been very helpful in finding a fix for my Samsung phone. I have called & visited her store numerous times over the last week. She has been kind & helpful. We followed all pf the normal fixes, reboots, etc & the i called Samsung as the 0hone was still under warranty. Samsung assistant tried to trouble shoot & eventially gave me the phone number for a repair shop in OKC.
I called him & after several questions he said the isdue was a software problem. I went back to the store today & Shawnie Ingram, Store Manager, did not give up. She did a factory restart & stayed with it until my phone reset was completed & working again!!! Awesome customer service & and awesome young lady to work with!!! Thank you Shawnie!!

Went to Sulphur, OK. US Cellular store, today, started out bad, they had no Internet, had to wait around for an hour, for them to get into my account, I bought a new phone, a little over 2 wks ago, which I had to enter in a new plan, I lost my old grandfathered for 10 yrs plan
with unlimited hot spot to a 35 gb service, on the recommendation of the 2 employees that told me there was no way that I would ever use that much data, well guess what, I went over and was cut off so I went over there to find out what had happened, and now was told by both of the ladies, that always happens to them, what a change in what I was told on July 19th this time very unfriendly and down right hateful, basically called me a liar, I told them this was a circus,and they were the clowns running it,I don't appreciate the misrepresenting this plan that I bought, should have just bought a new battery for my old phone and left well enough alone. I brought my son with me to buy him a new phone, after I objected to their treatment, they told me to leave and would not do business with me, back to the circus, in that store there was a man just hanging around with a large dog doing flips jumping around, What a crazy way to run a business, we drove down to Ardmore, what a difference in that store, very courteous,and professional in there dealing with my problems, it is a longer drive, but the treatment so much better.

Went there for a new phone mine couldnt stay off the charger Shawnie helped me out was really patient with my wild kiddos and even offered snacks as my kids hadn't had dinner yet. I give her 5 stars give that girl a raise! She didn't even get frustrated when I told her that I was short on money and I only had $90 ish and didn't even get frustrated for being strapped on cash.
