This was our first time giving all American floats a try, reasonable pricing , thier camp sites are not the best and the bathrooms/ showers are disgusting, with spider webs every where

We had a great time, smooth processes. Only complaint was not having easy access to a water spicket of some kind. Had to fill up a 5 gallon pot with water and walk it about 150 yards to camp. All and all, we will be coming again.

Took my old early mother out on the route today it was very nice The guy helping us unload at the where you get out of the water help me get my elderly mom out he was really nice

The trip started from us waiting for a bus for at least 20 min. Then when we arrived the river, there weren't enough floaties for everyone so we waited for another 15 min. Then one of our floaties started to deflate within 5-10 min of floating and deflated by the end of the 4 mile trip. When all of these was brought up to their team, no one cared to much about customer experience. I would recommend going with another company if you have opportunity.

We waited about 2 hours for the shuttle.Once we arrived at drop off still had to wait for the rafts. Had a party of 7 people with 2 Rafts. Didn't get to spend enough time enjoying the foat because of the wait. Wasn't even offered a parsal discount but was told we could do the 4 mile one. Will not be using them again.

Went Friday on the four mile I think next time we will do the nine mile spend a little more time on the river but either way it was a great time thanks all American

At the time of this review we are still waiting 1.5 hours in the sun for the shuttle service, their system is absolutely awful, the drivers seem to take as long as possible to go inside and just grab the papers with our names. Each bus takes about a hour to get back with more people. This was on a Saturday but I definitely won’t be using this company again anytime soon.
