Went to the bank today to withdraw some money and they made me drive across town to the other branch because they did not have a manager on staff to do the transaction. So I ended up spending a better part of two hours of my day to do one transaction.

Hold time has been between 5 & 12 minutes each time I call. I do not call on Mondays or Fridays, or first thing in the morning, lunch hours or before closing. I generally use the automated system or on-line but that is not always sufficient.
