First time going in, the person set me up with a new phone very quickly. But I didn't like the phone so the next day I had the person remove the SIM and place it in my older phone (which is still very good). If you go in, remember, you might like to keep your older phone. Tell them that and save yourself a trip. All employees were courteous and knowledgeable.

I can't remember her name but the young lady that helped me get my phone was so nice and patient. Loved the way she wasn't pushy about upgrading the phone but did state that if I was unhappy with my phone I could still upgrade it as long as I came back in before 30 days and phone not broken. Definitely going to be upgrading my phone with her, and sending my friends in to see her as well.

Horrible customer he refused to answer their phone horrible service also they post unlimited data for their phone service but yeah I received only 5 gigs per month and I asked about it and the customer service guy said that it was too expensive to make new posters and so they just leave them up but they completely boast that they get unlimited everything for their phones all over the store and outside the store and it's nothing but lies
