The lady was very helpful very nice went above and beyond to help me as well as another lady that was having issues with someone on the phone whomever he was had no customer etiquette at all. I actually think this is wireless lady and I helped her more than the guy did. I can't remember her name but I do know she's gonna be having a baby.By far it's the best experience I've had with any of the assist wireless stores

Recently went this store, and the two people that work there Paige and Justin, were awesome! They were friendly, helpful, and very efficient! Very good experience. Very good service.

10/09/2021 The customer rep I dealt with there yesterday is horrible. Went in to get help with a new phone I was forced to buy for my Lifeline account. She accused me of "complaining" when I simply wanted help. Great way to treat a customer. She wouldn't help me with anything; apparently this is Assist's policy for Lifeline customers. She said I had to take my "complaints" to customer service. Then when I told her I bought the phone from Assist she got sarcastic and said I had a free government phone. That's when I stopped talking to her. It didn't cost that much, but I did have to pay for the new phone. This young woman has an attitude and needs serious customer service training. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Elizabeth was great dealt with 4 ppl was very pleasant. She mentioned to me after others left about a headache told her to get a drink of water. She did. She did an awesome job explaining all questions I had.

Elisabeth was so awesome in getting me set up with a lifeline phone and got a tablet for $15. And the place was busy, she was helping 3 customers at the same time. The wait time is long because she is waiting on the computer and guy on other end to ok everything.
