Good staff but dr.Elliot can be better. I feel like sometimes he ignore my questions every time I ask him like what shots he is giving my cat bc I like to be informed on what is happening. It’s an affordable place but they kinda lack the skills to communicate well with their patients. As an owner it would be nice to talk to a veterinarian and have your questions answer, not ignored or brushed off

Rude employees. 1 million percent do not recommend. Fool accused me of keeping a cat and her babies in kennel overnight and allowing them to pee and poop all over themselves. ? i put them in the carrier in the morning and took them in. When i got there, they had made a mess of themselves yes, then when i went to go pick them up, they wanted to charge me $40 because they had to bathe and clean out the carrier. All im trying to do is help with the overpopulation of cats, and the team has the audacity to be rude and accuse me of abuse. Like, dude, get off your high horse and treat people better. ? this isn't the first time he was rude to me, either. Every time ive come in, he is rude since day 1.

Awesome place to take your animals. I had my male cat neutered here and it was done so quickly, but also he healed up perfectly. Good on prices as well. Taking my female cat here next week for same procedure!

I called earlier today, because my dog had gotten ahold of a wild bird and broke its foot. When all we wanted to do was drop the bird off and hope they could help it. The lady on the phone very rudely said “ we don’t do anything for free” so I will NEVER deal with dr Elliot ever again! He’s cruel and disrespectful to animals! I will happily take my business elsewhere!

Doctor Elliot took a look at our poor Chiweenie Noodle and knew immediately what was going on with him. Told us he would be feeling better by the evening and he was right! Very affordable and knowledgeable

Dr. Elliott has been taking care of both of our Huskies for their entire lives. Our male is reactive and has a tendency to snap at strangers that try to touch them. Dr. Elliott does very well with him. We have boarded with them as well in the past and would recommend them to anyone.

I called out of a recommendation from a friend. I noticed my cat had been a little grumpy and just noticed that his bum was a little swollen. I called to set up an appointment. Dr Elliot said I needed to bring him in today. I let him know that’s not possible for me as I have to work. I tried to explain to him I can come in tomorrow but he talked over me and said that I should have my cat call my boss because he likely has an abscess. I hung up. In a perfect world of course I’d bring my cat in today if I could but unfortunately I can’t. I’d rather take my cat to emergency services tonight and pay more than deal with the disrespect this man showed me on a 2 minute phone call.

Took my dog in with what looked to be a prolapse, he automatically said it wasn't prolapse but a polyp. Started questioning me about what wormer I use and food. Did a fecal test.Turns out he needs surgery to correct his penile prolapse, not a polyp. It's quite disappointing feeling berated. Glad I got another opinion instead.

Do not recommend going here. My puppy was attacked by another dog and I brought her in and I was treated very poorly. Tried to tell me what vaccines my dog had been given just by looking at her and not knowing her records. Tried to charge me for vaccines she already had and was very aggressive with her.He attempted to amputate my dogs tail without telling me that was his plan, just told me to pick her up at 4:30 and that he was gonna get her patched up. There's a difference between patching something up and amputation.

I want to thank Dr. Elliott and his staff for the care they showed my fur baby boy. We were on our way home from visiting family and needed a vet for an emergency and he they saw him right away. He had so much care and concern for my baby boy. He and his staff even called the next day to check on my baby boy. I highly recommend Associated Veterinary Clinic to anyone!

Took a stray here. I asked why they weren't giving him painkillers after being neutered and their reason was that "animals can't be on painkillers because they might break their stitches open since they don't realize they're not actually healed." They also didn't give him a cone or at-home care instructions. Needless to say, this poor dog was suffering after getting his ORGANS TAKEN OUT. We bought him a cone and took him to Dr.Crawford at Walnut Grove Clinic where she said his incision was infected and that he was running a fever. Come to find out, it is standard at many clinics to give dogs painkillers after they get their ORGANS TAKEN OUT.Dr. Elliot also informed me after the dog's appt that, "the dog has a tumor on his side, needs to be taken out immediately before it gets bigger." I tried to ask questions regarding this "tumor" and was ignored.Dr.Crawford diagnosed this "tumor" as a bruise, which would explain why it is HALF the size it was 2 days ago.Dr. Elliot also tried to throw a medication on my tab that he told me nothing about. All in all, Dr.Elliot is money-hungry. Please don't take any animals here. Rookie mistake and will not be taking any animals there EVER again. Please take them to Dr. Crawford first at Walnut Grove, she sits on the ground with your animal and is really patient with them and has a huge heart for what she does.
