The employees in this store are INCREDIBLE. My business recently upgraded our CDL truck drivers' tablets used for E-Logs and other business purposes. Adam spent HOURS helping me troubleshoot why my new SIM cards wouldn't connect to my tablets. He never got frustrated and was professional & friendly the entire time. While I was there I watched the other 2 employees help countless customers with compassion, professionalism, and skill. I cannot praise this team enough.Unfortunately, they work for a terrible conglomerate (AT&T) who outsources their tech support. After Adam spent an hour on the phone with multiple departments, I was rudely told by someone in a call center overseas that they couldn't help me. While Adam eventually realized exactly what the problem was, he didn't have the authority to fix it. Instead, the authority lies with "Stephanie" whose broken English was a major impediment to the resolution of my problem. I left AT&T for my personal cell service 10 years ago, and every interaction I have had with them since reinforces that decision. This experience has convinced me to move my business account to another carrier.

Literally everytime I come here I end up waiting forever, so if your in a hurry I'd call ahead or something, staff seem OK, knowledgeable and polite, the main problem is that they have too few people working here,As far as phone service goes I don't use them, but I'm on their Internet plan, it's 12mb up/down not awesome but in Tahlequah it's good, the main reason to choose them over other places is that their Data Caps(how much internet you can use in a given month) is much more generous that Cox (Tahlequah Cable)

After 7 years of living at the lake, finally dropped my cracked phone in the water - there was no saving it. Went in Monday to get a new phone and Nathan was super helpful and quick to get me set up and on my way. Only took about 30 mins (total) to get me checked out and my new phone set up. I also saw at least 6 people come in and be helped by the other 2 fellas while I was there. Would definitely go back and ask for Nathan if I need anything else.
