“I’ve gone to this O’Reilly Auto parts location a few times now and I have consistently been impressed by how friendly and quick to help the employees they have there are. I got help changing a belt that had broken on one of my cars while on the way to an appointment, (While Dressed up kind of nice). Dude just grabbed a wrench loosed the tensioner threw it on and tightened it up.. certainly I could have done it but not without getting to be a bit of a mess. But both other occasions I’ve been there the staff has been knowledgeable and friendly, something I can’t as easily say about Autozone.”
