“I absolutely love Denise!!! She has now gone through three loans of dealing with me and I appreciate her patience and willingness to find a solution EACH TIME. SHE HAS THE EXPERIENCE FOR SURE!! She has always been straight forward with information and ALWAYS transparent with my questions. My most recent purchase is with her being at Muskogee Federal where she was able to work with my communication barrier being in Tulsa and not in front of her. This means so much to me because I am always at a battle of how far I am with all my needed locations so when I get in person, most of my questions and concerns have been met. Thank you for always being this way Denise. You are most definitely a town favorite.”

“I switched to Bank of Cherokee County from Bank of America in 2017. I was tired of the fees and wanted a bank that wasn’t fee based. When I tried to close my accounts with BOA it took me almost a full day and three different branches. Each kept telling me that they were too busy to see me (even though they were empty). Long story short, I’m extremely happy I switched.BOCC is a relationship based bank, not fee based. I have my mortgage with them and some of my investments through their Super T Account. I have a direct line to Cody who does a majority of my work for me and it’s convenient and easy every time. Highly recommend!”
“I was just in visiting from out of state. I just needed to get some change for my $100 bill. I went to “another “local bank and they refused to give me any change 😳 as i wasn’t a customer!!! I’m calling BS.
Anyway i went into Armstrong Bank branch on Muskogee and saw the Teller , Jennifer who was so nice and accommodating. I got my change ! Great customer service.”

Most recently, I opened a business account a few months ago, and the level of service has been outstanding. The team goes above and beyond—many of the tellers have taken the time to learn my name, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer relationships.
