I started out with Sproket Internet, then it became Bravado. I had always had great wifi service. March 2020 I added a Fire Stick to my TV. I didn't realize my stick was running 24/7. I received a huge bill, excess or a $1,000. I immediately contacted Bravado. The nice agent explain to what had caused it. She was very helpful, started right to work getting me to an unlimited plan. She was fairly confident Bravado would just "grandfather" my equipment into the unlimited plan and not charge me that large bill. I great service with my router at the time. The main office and the powers to be refused to "grandfather" me in. I could either pay that large bill or buy the new equipment and go to the unlimited! I choose the new setup and also purchased an external antenna for $100. Since then I have had horrible service. A Tech support told me he didn't feel this equipment would provide me good service. Also spoke with office personal how told me I should not have been sold this type of equipment in my location. We can't watch a movie without constant buffering. Most evenings my phone will hardly have service!! Bravado has over sold service! They can't handle the amount of customers they have!! Horrible to loyal customers!! DO NOT GET BRAVADO!!

Can not reach anyone regarding my account. The only way to talk to anyone is through one of there stores. The 1(800) number only lets you connect to one of these stores who WILL NOT answer their phones. I canceled my plan last month and am being charged for this month. I don't think so. And cannot cancel your plan online. Their webpage is terrible to navigate and there is no one representing them. How do they still keep getting customers when they don't answer their phones?!
