“Jeff, his in store guy and his installers are all top notch people. I had to replace carpet in part of my house and Jeff promptly came out and measured, worked up an estimate and worked with me on timing ( I have to drive in from Texas ) His installer was on time, helpful and was detail oriented. After the job was done I received a call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Photos were taken while the work was in progress and not cleaned up yet. Way better carpet and pad vs Big Box Store. Locally owned and operated.”
