I will definitely be back! First time in this Cato and I'm very pleased with my experience. Was greeted immediately and asked if I was looking for anything particular. Heather was so helpful and patient and kind to me. She is great! Also, I love the Christian music playing! The best overall shopping experience I've had in awhile.

Yes my daughter went to an interview the lady doing the interview was unprofessional she judged my daughter the whole time she was there she walked out and disappeared while the interview was taking place she made her refill out an application even though she had it. I have never been to an interview where people judge u like that

Was a horrible experience walked into the door never greeted never asked could I be helped with or Ilooking for anything. The two sales girls never offered anything nor looked at me. In the store 25 minutes. Took purchases to register never said a thing. Gave my change that was it. Rating F store 629. Longtime Cato customer.

Love, love, love the sales lady, Sheri. She is so helpful. She's honest & kind & remembers her customers. She always calls me by name when I come in & gives the best advice on what does & does not work. I'm not overly fond of the store manager. She seems very immature & spends more time on her phone than with her customers. She has no problem openly discussing her private life while customers are in earshot. I really dont need to know about her trials & tribulations in her marriage. I seriously found her to be flippant & disregarding. I normally dont deal with her but my favorite sales lady, Sheri, is out. I hope Cato's realizes the treasure they have in her. But, like most of corporate America....I'm sure they don't bother caring about anything other than the almighty dollar. I gave the Tahlequah, OK store 4 stars for two reasons - my girl, Sheri & because the store is always well organized & clean. I would've given 5 stars if the manager was more interested in her customers & less interested in social media & her own (what seem to be) trivial problems. Because Tahlequah is at least 30 minutes away from a metropolitan area it's nice to be able to find nice clothing at decent prices right down the road. I would be very upset if I had to drive to Muskogee or Tulsa every time I needed a little "shopping therapy". I hope we never lose our little Cato's.

I love love love cato!! We go to one almost every town we visit!! They have such cute clothes. It's easier to find sizes that fit!
