I just want to start off by saying I never write reviews. It took me a couple of days to come on here, I thought maybe I was being over dramatic. I just want anyone who decides to purchase a vehicle here is cautious & get an inspection on the vehicle before purchase.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox in 2023 outright. Had problems immediately with the front end / engine / transmission & we are going to be selling that this month. That car isn’t want made me mad. It was $12k.
We are financing a GMC Sierra 1500 that we bought April 2024. It drove fine until this month July 2025. I took it in for an alignment. I did not know that this was going to lead to a $6k fix. When we purchased the vehicle it had a lift kit installed. We did not know it was installed unprofessionally. The GM Eric Avery, had told me on the phone that they inspect all their vehicles before they put them out for sale. I live in Louisiana now, & the auto body shop that I took the GMC to, caught the issue immediately. (Pictures below) They had told my boyfriend & I that this should have been caught before they put it up for purchase. When I was inquiring about this the GM in Tahlequah Eric Avery said that lift kits need fixing and that I’m just upset because I have to put money into the truck. He said that I shouldn’t point fingers. I was upset because of the money (yes that’s a lot, but I do get it used vehicles needs repairs) I was upset because we were not informed about the lift kit being installed unprofessionally. We had to install an extended cv axel, suspension control arms & ball joints, extended knuckles. Basically almost everything you need to properly install a lift kit. A few other things too like basic repairs (breaks & new tire, whatever those aren’t a big deal)
Just be thoughtful. Make sure you get that inspection.

My man Rhett made this the absolute easiest purchase I have ever made in my life!!! We drove 3 hrs to pick up a car from the lot. Everything was ready when we got there. We were in and out within an hr! Thank everyone at the dealership so much. Yall definitely made this a 5 star experience!!

Wagoner location is where I got my Kia, absolutely love my little car. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I did all the paperwork online and was approved within an hour stopped by signed and drove home the same day. Yes I will be going back when I get ready to upgrade.

Eric and Brad from Chris Pruitt Auto Sales in Tahlequah are excellent people to work with. From selecting a good running vehicle through financing and the final sale their primary focus was customer satisfaction. We selected a great car for my daughter, got her credit approved, and now she's driving a vehicle she loves.
