Barbra likes to cut hair by feel (her own words) instead of using the picture I provided for reference. She just cuts hair with a razor and completely butchered my hair!
Apparently she has become complacent in her approach of providing hair care to her clients. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I went for a haircut and was charged over $30.00 for something I could have done at home. She did offer to re-cut it, no charge, if I came back another day. Needless to say, I won't be going back! Very disappointed!
