I went in to pay my phone bill and I waited for 30 minutes before any of the 3 employees talked to me.The manager on duty told me to sit back down and wait some more because it's going to be a while before I can get to you.So I waited another 15 minutes before the other employee said what do you want.I told her that I just wanted to pay my phone bill.I had a $100 dollar bill and she said we can't cash that.We don't have any change in the whole place.The manager woman said she would look in the safe but still didn't have enough money to give me change for my $100 dollar bill.So I left.I am now looking for a NEW phone company.If I can find a better deal I am going to change companies.Oh and by the way.My phone bill was for $49 dollars.I can't believe that they didn't have change for me.They only needed $51 dollars, but didn't have it.

I think the employees name was Melissa I do believe but she was so helpful and nice and I would not hesitate about recommended them to anyone

Stephanie is amazing and helpful! She came in clutch and explained everything in a way that my blind, elder father could understand. ACP laws and programs changing and canceling can be very frustrating and hard to but she walked us through every step of the way, and set him up with something that works well for him. Also the new Hire Cindy is amazing.
She is friendly and kind and makes you feel like you're talking with a cousin or something, like family. If I was thier boss, I'd give em a raise, and a day off to float the river. God bless you all.

They changed the terms and don't honor the dates that they've changed your plans to... They give you misleading information and and penalize in ways that you can't use your phone
