Delivery driver bold faced lied about trying to attempt delivery then had the nerve to move the delivery date out 10 days!!! Called lowes store then got transferred then transferred then transferred to the company apparently they hire to do the delivery and now on hold for 15 min! Never buying from lowes again!!!

Always able to find what's needed until yesterday when the online app had the location wrong but everyone was super helpful in locating the item, the whole process though was annoying ? but I did get my steps in!

Their workers allowed my husband to hurt his shoulder due to a cart full of sheet rock being stuck. The highschool kids that work there had already walked past us several times without offering help. I had to walk the entire store looking for a worker only to not find one at all and find out my husband and been forced to check out before we had grabbed everything we needed. They have great supplies but their employees are not that good and would rather help their buddies.
