Just a ridiculous business. Have to deal with them because thats who Hastings uses. I show up in the bad weather for a badly needed bipap machine. Been waiting 6 years. I see an associate go in but the door is locked and no one will answer the phone. If you are closed have the professionalism to call your appts and let them know. Not had one good experience with this "business."

Have attempted 3 times to order one replacement cpap tubing. Have been told once that it was ordered, then told 2 other times that it had never been ordered. My husband went in, spoke to someone, they supposedly ordered the tubing. Two weeks later, now we're told it was never ordered because they are waiting on drs orders. No one told us that. Now we're told it's never even been ordered. The 2 people who I spoke w/ on the phone were NOT helpful and offered no solutions. We still have no idea if there was ever an order even made.

This place is terrible. They say they will get something sent to the insurance on a specific day then when you call several days after that day they tell you there are lot of people ahead of you that have been waiting longer. What kind of customer service is that?? We have been told that several times. Been trying to get my cpap supplies since Oct. Then they printed out somebody else's records and gave that to me. They shouldn't be in business!!!

If it was possible to give negative stars this business would get minus five from me. I contacted them about my sleep study and Cpap requirement in October and was told they didn't have paperwork from Dr or study. I waited a few weeks and inquired, same answer. I printed paperwork and all Dr notes and hand delivered to office. I called a week later and again was told they didn't have paperwork. I informed them that I had handed it in at the office and then was given an apology, they needed to contact Medicare. Again after a couple days I called and they were backed up and still needed to contact Medicare. I spoke to them on Black Friday and was told they would take care of it on Monday 11/28/2022. I went down today Friday 12/02/2022 and was told they needed to contact Medicare. This business doesn't understand customer service! I pulled my paperwork from them and they printed it out and gave it to me. I canceled my order with them and when I looked at the paperwork they handed me it was for a different person. Apparently they can't even follow HIPPA guidelines about guarding patient information! So hopefully someone will read this and not have to suffer with sleep apnea because of this "business" and their apparent lack of concern for their customers health.

0 stars wouldn’t let me without a star. the staff was very unprofessional rude and unfriendly. I was on crutches and both females never even got up to open or close the door for me. She quoted me a different price on the phone and told me they had what I needed. I get there, go in and out of breath ask about the equipment after a few minutes she the tells me I can have a seat anywhere. she then goes in the back and comes back and tells me they are out. I then tell her I wished you would have told me before I drove up here and under her breath mouths off something and I tell her “excuse me” she says “I didn’t know we didn’t have any then”. Really girl you told me on the phone they had them and I even told her I was coming by at lunch time. I asked if there was any other supply places she says no you can go to Walgreens. Really I googled it myself and found Grace Medical Supply in Tahlequah went there better prices, friendly service and very helpful.

This place is a joke. They started 2 months ago sending bills for last year 2020. And now adding late charges on the bills. They waited a whole year to start sending bills. They never send sleep apnea supplies. Hose should be replaced every 3 months.Mask are every 6 months. My hose had holes in it so bad it was covered in duct tape. Just to be able to use it.I found a great place online. They shipped my supplies that I out pocketed very quickly. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time with them.I give them a minus 5.
