“I went in to pay my phone bill and I waited for 30 minutes before any of the 3 employees talked to me.The manager on duty told me to sit back down and wait some more because it's going to be a while before I can get to you.So I waited another 15 minutes before the other employee said what do you want.I told her that I just wanted to pay my phone bill.I had a $100 dollar bill and she said we can't cash that.We don't have any change in the whole place.The manager woman said she would look in the safe but still didn't have enough money to give me change for my $100 dollar bill.So I left.I am now looking for a NEW phone company.If I can find a better deal I am going to change companies.Oh and by the way.My phone bill was for $49 dollars.I can't believe that they didn't have change for me.They only needed $51 dollars, but didn't have it.”
“First time going in, the person set me up with a new phone very quickly. But I didn't like the phone so the next day I had the person remove the SIM and place it in my older phone (which is still very good). If you go in, remember, you might like to keep your older phone. Tell them that and save yourself a trip. All employees were courteous and knowledgeable.”
