It's touch and go. They usually never have the piece you need and they have to order it, that being said, it's usually there the next day. Half of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the other half will give you the wrong part and they're not very friendly.

I’ve gone to this O’Reilly Auto parts location a few times now and I have consistently been impressed by how friendly and quick to help the employees they have there are. I got help changing a belt that had broken on one of my cars while on the way to an appointment, (While Dressed up kind of nice). Dude just grabbed a wrench loosed the tensioner threw it on and tightened it up.. certainly I could have done it but not without getting to be a bit of a mess. But both other occasions I’ve been there the staff has been knowledgeable and friendly, something I can’t as easily say about Autozone.
