It’s been 366 days since I cancelled gap coverage from Stuteville Ford, one week after telling me that it could be cancelled in the first month with no penalty. That paperwork was signed twice (it magically disappeared once) and I was promised multiple times that the refund would arrive in my account. It never did. Luckily for me I recorded my interactions with Troy and others. I guess now it’s time to decide if this is a small claims matter. All my recordings are time stamped and I had Troy make me copies of my cancellation paperwork. Jason Bailey stated that if I had called him first it would have been resolved sooner (11Feb2021), but even since his involvement there is no resolution.I’ve also recorded the messages that I left Troy and were never returned.The staff is nice and polite, but please, record your interactions as I have. Thanks for reading.
