You can get your oil changed here plus get your vehicle fixed . If they need to keep your vehicle while fixing they will give you a ride home and pick you up to pick up your vehicle . They take good care of you

Came to Stuteville in Tahlequah after a very negative experience with another nearby Ford dealership. Was a relatively simple warranty/service issue.Made a totally cold call to the service department and spoke with Derek Angel. Told him the situation and about a move I was making to another state in 4 days and was very urgent in needing it done. He was VERY accommodating, made an immediate appointment for the very NEXT morning, and fixed the simple issue himself in a matter of minutes.Discussed a programming issue with the running boards and he graciously got technician Colton to look at it. Colton advised a possible solution and I really appreciate them being willing to look at a totally unrelated issue.Stuteville has a couple of assets in Derek and Colton. They will be my go-to's when back in this area and if I ever buy new again...Stuteville in Tahlequah will be where I go. Thanks Derek!!!

I have been coming here for the past 4 years for service on my 2011 Explorer, and this place is by far my favorite place to come to and hang out while my vehicle gets serviced. Derek and Paul are 2 amazing service advisors and they work together as a team to make sure my service visit goes smoothly every single time. Derek advised me of a safety issue with my vehicle during a recent oil change, and sent a driver all the way to Tulsa to get the specialty part that was needed, and stayed 2 hours after the dealership closed to make sure the job was finished. I've NEVER experienced service like that at any other dealership. I've read the negative reviews on here and I know a few of the people that have left them, and nothing on this planet could make these people happy lol. Trust me, you won't regret getting work done here!!!!

I had one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The service people went out of their way to help get my truck repairedIt was almost time to go home and they still stayed to help me. They were so kind and helpful. I just want to say thank you guys for everything.

Service department was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am a manger at Walmart so I understand what good and bad customer service looks like and Paul the service department manager was by far the worst I have ever felt with. Only called me back two times in two months that my truck was in the shop to give me an update. I called numerous times to see what the progress was and almost never got a call back even after leaving countless voicemails. Even when I was told my truck was ready I went up there and Paul very rudely told me “I wish you would have called because your truck won’t be ready until tomorrow”. Even though I was called to come pick it up. Very rude and very unprofessional. Again I am a manager at Walmart (a salaried member mind you) and I would never have someone like that be running any department let alone working for me. Although it was my fault for taking my vehicle there without reading the reviews. Apparently this guy holds the record there for bad reviews. The manager of that facility even said when my wife communicated the issues to him “good workers are hard to come by” “we deal with what we got” so obviously nothing will be done there. Don’t take you’re vehicle to this place. Absolutely ridiculous

Does anyone ever answer the phone at service department ...that's a million dallar question...was promised a loaner vehicle for Monday 28th...no phone call...I'm just hoping the time line will happen that was i was told...GM should a public relations class for the entire staff.

I'm gonna wait until I'm done being mad to put my actual review. I feel like I was taken for an extra 3k on a used car for "transfer of drive train warranty ". If I had idrealised before we left the lot, I'd never have signed the loan papers or bought the car. Lesson to all: make damn sure you understand every # on the papers, & every word, BEFORE you sign.Car $7100,down-payment, $1500Warranty Transfer 3 THOUSAND.payments? $216 for 48 months. Do the math. I'll buy somewhere else in the future. And READ READ READ

Easy in and out for service on my truck. Oil change and tire rotation was quick. Car wash leaves a little to be desired, but I expect that with a black truck.
