I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Tahelquah Overhead Door. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. He literally bends over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. I talked to the owner and he said they would come out that day or the next. He never called me. So I let a couple of days go by and left a message and still no return call. My son left a message and still no response. Very disrespectful and very unbusiness like.

The Guys showed up on Time. They did excellent work. Clean and neat Install. Very detail oriented. Picked up after themselves , even swept the floor of the shop when they were done, it was covered in dust when they started. This wasn't the first time we have used them. We will continue to use Mark and his guys in the future. We highly recommend Tahlequah Overhead Door .

Responsive: arrived at my house on the same day that I called. Professional, skilled and efficient: determined problem almost immediately, repaired it, and gave me tips for maintaining opener and prolonging its ability to operate. Exceeded expectations: repaired problem that made door inoperable but also fixed a couple of annoying issues (flickering lights and loud squeaks). Friendly and personable with no creeper factor (women can feel comfortable having this team at their homes). Highly recommend and will use again in the future!!

My experience with Mark was excellent. He explained the process and then came out to look at my garage area so that there were no surprises when it came time to do the work. Their work was quick and professional and they swept the work area leaving it very clean. Mark went through the operation and maintenance process and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I would highly recommend Mark for any overhead door work you need.

Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with! I thought I had a major problem but it turned out to be an easy and quick fix. I had a weird schedule and he worked around it so I could have my garage door fixed for the weekend, even stopping by *after* his workday had ended. He was quick, did a great job, and was more than fair in price. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and highly recommend him to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced.
