NSU FIT Gym and Pool, located inside the Riverhawks Wellness Center, is a well-maintained and friendly fitness facility that opened in October 2015. The pool ranges from 3 to 11 feet deep, with multiple lap lanes, lines on the bottom for exercise and practice, and automated lifts, stairs, and ladders for easy access. It also includes a fun inflatable obstacle course called the WiBit, making it popular among visitors. The pool is available to all members, with memberships starting at $30 a month or a daily pass for $5. The facility offers two locker rooms with showers, restrooms, and lockers—rented for $5 daily. Besides swimming, the center boasts two full-sized indoor basketball courts and various cardio and weight machines, making it a versatile spot for different workouts. The staff is known for being friendly and helpful, with attentive lifeguards on duty ensuring safety. Great gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you dont know what you're doing they'll give you a list of machines to use and what areas those target, and will show you where they are.
They are also wheelchair friendly, which is the only reason I'm able to go there since im a wheelchair user.

Best overlooked secret! This place is amazing. There are multiple places to workout, an indoor track, open courts, a pool, and so many more wonderful things. The staff is amazing and the price is right.
