I hate to do this bc the ladies were nice but I came in here wanting to get a perm, she instead tells me my hair wuldnt take a perm and then dies it!! Then talks me into dying it an ugly brown and chopped a bunch of my hair off w supposed layers but Its jus ugely chopped, the lady tells me it would b 80 for perm over phone and what tops this off is she charged me 100 dollars to totally uglify my hair up. I've since then on my own went back to blonde which I always stay. I won't be going back here and if the lady that works here that did this to me and reads this then she knows exactly who she is?
And now since she literally Chopped my hair up and off I have to wait to go get a perm SoMeWhErE Else until it grows back out some and have someone else fix the chop job!! Idk maybe she just didn't Like me for some reason? bc I was looking forward to going to a salon and now I'm literally scared to go to one again?

The lady named Crystal (?) Knows what she's doing because not only did she make my daughter's appearance even more gorgeous than she already was, but she also had a beautiful smile that'll make me grow hair for an appointment. Lol
