Scheduled appt on their website for oil chg, filter & tire rotation for my little Chevy Spark.When done the price was higher & no tire rotation. I complained to cashier, who just shrugged. After I paid & was still complaining she sent me to service advisor who said I was to give a coupon before service. I told him it was check marked online, no coupon to print, it was part of scheduling the service online. He said he had no way of knowing it was scheduled online or what I ordered. ( did they just guess why I was there?) He said that once paid no changes could be made but offered a $10 discount on next tire rotation. I refused, why would I return? Geez, it was cheaper to have my big F250 4x4 oil change, filters, tire rotation & multi system checks done at Stuteville than just getting an oil & filter change done on my little Spark at Nix.
Only bright spot was a sweet elderly man who calmly cooled my anger.

Called Parts Department. Excellent customer service. They didn’t carry the part that I was looking for, but found someone who did and provided the part number. That’s going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it!

The Tahlequah service department lies and plays games on trying to schedule an appointment. I was told on two separate occasions I had been called and appointment scheduled, then I hadn't shown up.
I finally am actually called and scheduled I show up after two weeks of stupid scheduling games. When I arrive am told the wrong parts were ordered.I am getting pissed off at this point, because gas isn't cheap and it's a 50 Mile round trip to Tahlequah and back. I am told they will reschedule for the next Tuesday. This was on a Friday I show up that next Tuesday and the entire mechanic team is standing in the room arms folded giving death glares they looked like a gang of thugs ready to fight. I thought what the headache is this. My question is why were these games played,and what I encountered was a blatant attempt to bully and intimidate. But why it went down that way is the big mystery. I have a good idea why I just cannot prove it.

zero stars. my car got rewired without my knowledge. No one talked to me about rewiring the ground straight to box or removing my black battery post, all without my knowledge. They were obviously taking advantage of a women.

Quickly resolved issues and communicated well. Cost was comparable for the work done. Staff was friendly and met quoted timeline.

I would give this zero Stars if it were possible. My grandma took her car in a couple months ago and they told her the motor was blown and it would need a whole new engine. Luckily for her she took it to a different dealership which fixed a simple belt that was broken for a couple hundred bucks. There was nothing else wrong with the car they were simply taking advantage of an elderly lady.

I had a great experience. My salesman helped me with any questions I had and if he didn't know the answer he found out and helped me with everything that I needed. They made sure everything was correct. For a dealership this is one I will return to the staff wasn't pushy and they don't have the other dealers sales tactics where your having to fight for a good price. They already beat it.

We had such an amazing experience buying our vehicle. We told John and Michael what we were looking for, they showed us a few options and once we made our decision they took great care of us making sure we got the best deal possible. I couldn't have asked for better service and I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the car market to come here!

I went in on Friday to talk about my Dodge Journey . I was looking at a SUV not knowing if I could get it or not . The salesman that came to talk with me an to let me look at the SUV was very nice . The salesman was Michael Moore was a wonderful salesman . He an the team got me in my new car an I love it . Thank you all for making my day . The only thing they didn’t do was get a picture of us an my new car . ♥️♥️♥️

We had a good experiance, pretty low stress. We did our research before we purchased and the trade in they provided was fair, the sale price of the new vehicle was fair, they did not try and add any junk fees. Low pressure once in finance, they did not beat us up.
The vehicle had one issue that was agreed upon they would fix, they held up their part of the bargin and is being taken care of.
Our sales person Justin Smith was very helpful and again no games or pressure.
