I brought both my vehicles to Tommy Nix in Tahlequah for service. They drained my washing fluids and didn’t fill it back up. When I questioned that they said they ran out of washing fluid. I had to go buy some to put in myself and they didn’t give me any discount. My vehicle had grease on the steering wheel and door handles after they got done. They told me I needed to change my air filter in my vehicle so I said change it. They never changed it but I sure did pay for it!! I know this because I started going to a different place to get my vehicles serviced, they checked my vehicle and saw the filter, showed it to me and it was HORRIBLE! My other vehicle didn’t get serviced like it should either. I will NEVER be back to Tommy Nix!!

Wasted my family’s time and money. Instead of examining our car they trusted the code reader machine and fixed the wrong part. Paid almost $3,000 for the thing they thought was wrong. The car wouldn’t drive the next morning and they said they’d pay for a tow. After learning it was a small and minor $40 part they wanted to charge us $400 to fix it. We declined and said we’d do it ourselves. I guess as a result we were footed the bill for the tow.

NIX Auto group accommodated of all of my automotive inquiries about repairs or uncertainties pertaining to the vehicle warranty. The waiting area was truly a hospitality room with outgoing state of the art design in automobile. Thank you

Parts department has excellent customer service. Cannot stress enough how amazing they are. They went well above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that I was taken care of.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! 1 star is too many. We purchased a truck in February 2023. Labor Day weekend 2023 the truck shut off while driving. We were originally told that the motor was seized but upon further investigation learned that the motor is not seized. The truck was at least 70k miles over for an oil change before we ever bought it (we drove it 10k miles and changed the oil). They did an inspection which was obviously not very thorough because the oil was sludge in our motor. They refuse to do anything about it even though they sold it to us that way!!! We paid 45k for the truck and are now stuck dumping 14k into it to get it to working condition due to their negligence!! We will never do business here again!!!! The photo below is the oil!!!!Unfortunately the sludge absolutely destroyed our motor. We are having to buy a whole new motor and turbo for a truck we only drove 10K miles. Stay away from them!!!!

This is the second time I've tried to use GM rewards points for service with no luck. Each time everyone acts like they have never heard of GM rewards. In the past you could choose an amount you wanted to spend from your rewards, print, and submit at time of payment. Now, the website clearly states, "notify your Chevrolet Certified Service Advisor you would like to use your My Chevrolet Rewards points towards your bill." I will use a different Chevrolet dealer from now on.

This was the fastest and easiest experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle. We visited with Rory about what we were wanting. He immediately started looking for it and worked his magic to get it to the dealership for us. On the day we picked it up, we arrived about 5:30pm and was leaving with our new Crimson Trailblazer by 6:30pm. We are very pleased with the entire process. Thank you to Rory and all the other team members involved to make this experience a great one!! We will be back…again!

If I could give ZERO I would!!! Wanna spends 1000 on fixing your vehicle then take it to these guys!! Took my chevy DIESEL EQUINOX in back in January of this year after them having it a week they tell me they want 1700 to fix my car for two sensors. Came in to get my car back took it an hr and half away and that mechanic tell me that my DEF FLUID tank WAS BONE DRY!! Not one word was said about this… I still have the paperwork nothing was listed about the tank being dry Now three sensors a particulate matter sensor AND A DEF PUMP AND HEATER LATER Thanks to these guys!!

They’re super friendly. I went twice to update and fix the rear seat entertainment screens. The waiting time to get the appointment was less than a week. Recommended.

We bought a Jeep from Levy at Tommy Nix and it was a great experience. No pressure or tactics, just honest sales and good deals. Everyone was so friendly that we came back and got our oil changed by them.

DONT GO HERE!!!!! I will never go there again to maintenence my vehicle. They have cost me so much money. Stripped my oil pan plug, charged me for a cabin filter and there isnt one in it . I would not have even noticed anything was wrong excepr my oil light came on. I called them and told them and they said it wasnt their problem and hung up on me. Took it to another mechanic and the damage is in the thousands. All for a tune up and oil change
