Everyone is always super nice in person and there's something to be said for that. However, we have had a repeated issue of misdelivered mail. I've received mail in my box for address that are not my own. My mail has been delivered to incorrect addresses (Most recently I called about some missing mail and they told the driver what was missing and the GPS coordinates of the driver at the time it was miss delivered so that the driver could potentially collect the items. Most of the items were collected and delivered but one is still missing). I get that mistakes happen, but things keep happening. I've made complaints. I've spoken to multiple people. I still can't trust that my mail will be delivered to my actual address. I'm about to spend money on a PO box in the hopes that if they don't have to go far it'll actually get where it's supposed to go.

Delivery instructions continued to be ignored when it comes to bigger packages. They keep just dumping them off by the road.

Did you know that if the City has ongoing construction repair remove and install new drainage and your street is impassable or marked ROAD CLOSED to thru traffic your Mail will not be delivered??? Fact!

For the past two weeks my mail has been put in multiple neighbors mailboxes. Currently I'm missing two checks that should have been here already. No one answers the local phone number at the Tahlequah post office so they don't take the time to listen to the people they supposedly serve. Apparently there needs to be an IQ test given to new employees for the post office. God knows the current staff would fail.

I've come in here many times to mail something, or get a money order to pay rent etc. I also order a package or so every now and then from Amazon, and it's usually dropped off by USPS. You all do a fine job, and I wanted to say thank you!

Nothing but Awful experiences for the past 2.5 yrs! Packages thrown in the ditch, mail not delivered for weeks, missing mail thrown all over my drive after calling the post master about the mail carrier, cussed by post workers for multiple complaints against the same mail carrier.My package wasn't delivered because of "animal interference" at 8:20 am the mail runs after noon every single day, and the animal that kept them from delivering my package into my mail box... was a 5lb puppy!! I'm so sick of this post office! Hopefully I can swing to hulbert.

Extremely unprofessional service. All I asked was for my package to be marked fragile and the young woman behind the counter immediately got an attitude and said if it's not able to be stacked in the bin with 70 pounds on top of it, it doesn't matter. Not sure how that could be the case when millions of fragile packages such as glass objects ECT are shipped and marked as fragile and handled with care. This place is a terrible example of the ethics of postal service especially from the USPS.

I've demanded they stop delivering packages altogether. They have ruined two mailboxes by cramming packages inside instead of putting them on my porch. Lazy stupidity. That's vandalism as far as I'm concerned. And my merchandise was destroyed without any recompense.
