They only sell the expensive plans to the point that they won't even let you look at a list of plans.You're trying to tell me all of Verizon, and they only offer 3 plans.And the service is so bad that you can't even watch YouTube, and if you have a ring doorbell, don't even bother looking at it unless you're on wifi. Not even 200 megabytes used this month, so don't tell me I'm being throttled down due to too much usage.And then whenever you own a $1,400 flagship phone, and they try and sell you junk. They should give you a fidget spinner so you have something to do whilst it loads.Here is a great new product you can sell, a fidget spinner phone case..... YAAY!

The employees were very professional and kind, but the store gets such a low rating because (through no fault of the employees) they were unable to help me. I sought to purchase a device, but because I use a prepay account, Verizon Co. sought to make my purchase nearly impossible. One employee joked since prepay Customers aren't "investing in Verizon" that Verizon isn't "investing in us." Great way to lose what has been a loyal customer for years, even if prepay. Money is still money, but now mine no longer goes to Verizon. Their coverage is also god awful in this town.

I left this Verizon upset last week. I went to the store instead of doing my business on the app to get personalized help to get exactly what my family needed while also supporting local people. These girls are not here to help what’s financially best for your family. They’re here to try to sell you the most they can, they definitely have money signs in their eyes. Not only did I not get everything I wanted, I also got an extra connection fee that I had to call Verizon to get it taken off because they couldn’t do it in the store. My bill is now higher and both my old phone and my husbands new phone seem off. Beware of going to this store for personalized care. Might as well do it on the app and get a better deal.

Should mention the cons on some phones (Flip 3) Don't get it breaks easy (Not from me) just the phone it's self isn't worth the cost it damages it self over time and they won't replace it just give you the same phone that agian damages it self from just folding (this is both for the Fold And Flip) Just Watch YouTube videos before choosing a device! AND ASK THEM TO TELL YOU THE CONS!
