“Does this Vet deal with the Barbara Jones Spay and Neuter program? I was approved to bring kitties in from Tahlequah Gardenwalk Apartments to help mitigate the overpopulation issue.I was taking to Dr Elliott, but he is rude and only has a heart for the animals. Made me and a couple of others in the program cry. I hope that I will be treated better here if this is the other vet that does it.”
